Use of AIForest
You may use AIForest to discover AI tools, visit listed websites, submit listings, and purchase promotional placements. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful content.
Submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted tool and advertisement details. AIForest may edit, reject, remove, or decline submissions that are inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, illegal, or unsuitable for the directory.
Paid listings and advertising
Paid packages provide the listing or placement benefits described at checkout. Payment does not guarantee permanent placement, search ranking, traffic, clicks, sales, or third-party approvals.

AIForest links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, claims, availability, policies, or user experience.
Intellectual property
AIForest owns the website design, directory structure, content, and brand assets unless otherwise stated. Submitters must have the right to provide logos, screenshots, descriptions, and links they submit.
Limitation of liability
AIForest is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses related to use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use of AIForest after updates means you accept the revised terms.
