Paid listing payments
AIForest paid listing plans are one-time listing and promotion services. Once a payment is successful and listing processing starts, the payment is not refundable.
Paid plans do not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, search ranking, third-party approval, or a specific business outcome.
Upgrade instead of refund
If you need more visibility, richer listing details, verification, analytics, or featured placement, you can upgrade to a higher AIForest plan instead of requesting a refund.
Plan upgrades may require paying the applicable price difference or the current price for the higher plan. Upgrade availability can depend on the listing status and the plan you originally selected.
Payment issues
If you were charged but your listing did not update after payment verification, contact AIForest with the listing name, account email, and payment reference so we can review the payment status.
If a duplicate charge or clear payment processing error occurs, we will review it separately and may correct the charge where appropriate.
Rejected or removed listings
AIForest may reject, remove, or edit listings that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for the directory.
A rejected or removed listing does not automatically qualify for a refund when the submission violates our terms or listing standards.
