PlanCheckerPro is a plan review tool built for architects, contractors, designers, and permit expeditors. Users upload a PDF plan set, enter a project address, and receive a categorized punchlist of potential code issues before submitting to the building department. The review checks drawings against ICC standards including IBC, IFC, IMC, and IPC, plus jurisdiction-specific codes where applicable, including Title 24, CALGreen, NFPA 13 and 72, ADA accessibility standards, and ASCE 7. Results are organized into categories that mirror how building departments route submittals across disciplines: structural, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, accessibility, energy compliance, and site. Each finding is tagged by severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Minor. The punchlist is shareable via link without requiring recipients to log in.
