Paid packages reserve directory placement, unlock submission access, and start processing immediately. Because these are digital promotional services, all purchases are final.
You are responsible for submitting accurate tool, website, logo, and advertisement details. If your submission needs correction, contact us and we may help update the submitted information.
AIForest may reject, remove, or refuse content that is misleading, unsafe, illegal, low quality, or violates our platform standards. Rejection or removal does not create a refund right.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order or charged incorrectly due to a payment error, contact us with your account email, order id, payment id, and charge details so we can review it.
