FAQ
How does pause.do help with digital focus and AI prompt habits?
pause.do functions as a cognitive speed bump for your browser. Instead of blocking sites entirely, it forces a brief, intentional delay before specific actions like submitting AI prompts or opening new tabs. This friction helps users break impulsive habits and reclaim focus. It is built with a privacy-first mindset, aiming to process these interventions locally without compromising your browsing data.
